BOOKING: 50% required to reserve. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. We operate on a first-deposit-in basis.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Money orders or cashier's checks preferred. Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) accepted.
OCCUPANCY: Preferred for 1-6. Maximum occupancy is 8. This home is not available for parties or gatherings of any kind. If you feel your situation warrants an exception, please call 408-266-4453.
PETS: Dog permitted on a case-by-case basis. Specific restrictions apply. Please call for consideration. No cats.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Fully-refundable. Required for all reservations.
MINIMUM STAY: 2-nights. Preference given to longer stays.
CHECK IN/OUT: Check-In: 3:00 p.m., Check-Out: 11:00 a.m., or by prior arrangement.
DOG: The family dog may be permitted by prior arrangement. Special rules apply.
DISCOUNTS: Seasonal promotions as advertised on our web site(s). 10% for returning guests. Call for extended stay (more than 30 days) rates.
LINENS & DEPARTURE CLEANING: All linens provided. Departure cleaning required with optional fee schedule to be determined by prior arrangement.
